I stayed in a suite with a nice balcony, but the overall lighting was quite dim. I was disappointed that the living room TV didn’t work and the kitchen lacked basic utensils. The breakfast options were limited and not very fresh. the hotel's spa offered excellent treatments that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The rooftop bar was fun, but the noise was hard to handle at night.

During my stay, the room cleanliness was lacking. I had to repeatedly ask for housekeeping, which was frustrating.

The staff truly went above and beyond in

making me feel at home during my stay. I left with a feeling of gratitude, especially towards those who helped me navigate local transit. The hotel was immaculate, but some minor maintenance issues were noticeable in the common areas.

It was just an excellent fit for a city break in Addis Ababa with good value considering price it charged. The staff helped me book a taxi easily, which made exploring the city hassle-free. Be careful walking around the area after dark. it’s better to grab a taxi instead.

triple e is a fantastic place! i loved the awesome breakfast and the lovely ambience on the 9th floor. the staff were super friendly and respectful. the general manager even arranged my airport shuttle, which was a nice touch. definitely a cozy spot for solo travelers.

great amenities but noisy rooftop bar

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities under one roof, making it convenient. Chef Daud leads a fantastic restaurant that serves a diverse variety of delicious food. The spa is exceptional, with highly skilled staff providing treatments that exceeded my expectations, especially the facial treatment I received.

my experience at triple e hotel and spa was perfect. the staff were super helpful, especially chef dave-dawit who cooked diabetic friendly meals for me. also, big shoutout to sinidu and all the reception staff, they made me want to stay longer. they really took care of me when i was feeling sick, which made me feel right at home. the spa treatments were amazin too, and i loved the shuttle service, very responsible drivers!
